Ray talked about creating a routine for your business and doing it everyday. If you stick to it DAILY you will see results. And when you do it consistently it gets easier and easier to do, hence routine.

Ray also said that it is selfish for you NOT to achieve massive success. Your playing small is not serving anyone. When you achieve success you can have a positive impact on a lot of people’s lives. Well said Ray!

Now let’s get to it.

Team Building – Nurture Your Teams

  1. Manage and clarify expectations upfront (don’t overpromise)
  2. Be congruent
  3. Do the things you want your team to do

Copywriting

  1. Talk about what it does – NOT what it is
  2. Use urgency and scarcity
  3. Test and track – don’t assume

Presenting

  1. Never apologize (they don’t know you’re nervous)
  2. Imagine you’re wearing a “Power Suit”
  3. Get interaction, ask upfront questions on expectations

Online Branding

  1. Brand YOU – focus on your brand
  2. Position yourself in your target market’s mind
  3. Create the brand that you would sign up with

Email Marketing

  1. Speak to an individual – not the group
  2. Have one major action you want them to do (be specific)
  3. Provide value

Blogging

  1. Be consistent
  2. Solve problems
  3. Have a traffic routine

Recruiting

  1. Warm market – look for who’s open
  2. Know how to close before you prospect
  3. No addiction to the outcome

To Get Rich

  1. Get around the people that have what you want
  2. You don’t have to have money to make money
  3. NO excuses

You’re going to get kicked in the teeth right before a major breakthrough. Right before a major breakthrough it will seem everything is being thrown at you and everything is going wrong. This is the universe, or what have you, testing you.

Ray rocks and is one my favorite trainers in the industry. Whether it’s his blogging course that was recently launched or his My Sponsoring Secrets training program, Ray’s training is worth it’s weight in gold.

Ray openly talks about the training he’s received from MyLeadSystemPro and says he owes his online success to MLSP. Ray has earned 5 figure months in MLSP and that’s not including his earnings from his primary business.

It’s true that not everyone you talk to will join your business but what if you can still make money from them? This is what MLSP helps you do and on top of that it can give you MASSIVE exposure (hint: something Ray was after and achieved).
