I’m a big fan of Scott Rogers and the Renegade Professional blog! There’s always great, useful content.

He absolutely nailed it with his tips on how to recruit people into your business on a monthly or even weekly basis.

In a nutshell here’s the Scott Rogers strategy:

  • Qualify the person. I love this line “don’t spend your time trying to convert suspects into prospects – simply learn how to attract TRUE prospects”. I think this is where a lot of people fail in network marketing because they “chase” (see my post on Attraction Marketing) suspects instead of talking to real prospects. Big difference.
  • Help the person get what they want. This is a golden rule. You want to lead with REAL VALUE and help the person first. Become a “solutions provider” and do not just try to get a “yes” from the person.

This is a great article. I love this article because Scott knows that you have to lead with VALUE first. Be patient, help people first, establish yourself as a leader and then people are more likely to join YOU and your business.
