scam-articles“Scam” articles get a ton of traffic.

You might be asking “John, what’s up with all the scam articles on your blog? Aren’t you for network marketing?”

Of course I am. I love network marketing! It’s the best business model since sliced-bread.

Here’s the thing… actually 2 things:

1. My scam articles are not bashing the companies

If you’re going to do this, take my advice and don’t bash any companies. That’s not cool.

2. This is where the traffic is

Let me explain…

Our minds, by nature, because of all the negative, pessimistic, doom and gloom, the world is ending and the sky is falling media out there in the form of TV, radio, and even online news, the first thing our minds gravitate towards is the negative.

So when somone is approached by a family member or close friend about a network marketing opportunity where do you think their mind automatically goes? To the doubtful, pessimistic, negative side = scam.

They wonder if the company is a scam? Is it legit? If it’s real how can THEY make money with it?

“Scam” is money keyword

The “scam” word is a buying word. It’s a MONEY word. It usually means the person is already in or about to get in the company. Now they’re just doing their due-diligence to find out if the company is legit.

I never say the company is a scam. I ask IF it’s a scam and then make points that are positive to back up the company to prove that it is NOT a scam.

And the cool thing is there are thousands of companies. About 5,000 of them. All you have to do is go to MLMrankings.com and all of them are listed there. Can you say gold mine?!

Pick a company and go to Google’s free keyword tool and search the company’s name and put “scam” after it to see if there are people searching on it. If there’s at least 500 broad match I say go for it.

Some goo-roos say to only go after the words that have at least 500 and even as high as 5000 EXACT match. So while all the goo-roos are going after those keywords that usually take some time to rank for, I go in there, write the scam article and most of the time I pop up on the second and even sometimes FIRST page of Google with NO backlinks. NO spinning. NO bookmarks. Nada. Zip. Zilch amigo.

This is how I’ve generated over 1,090 leads and 32 MLSP sign-ups over the last 4 months. Best week = 6 sign-ups in 7 days. Best day = 3 sign-ups. Just yesterday I hit L2 and I already have the active amount of people needed to hit the next level which means I’m more than half way to L3.

Once you hit L3 the MLSP recurring commission per active member raises from $15 to $20.

This is what happens when you FOCUS on 1 marketing strategy and stick to it everyday for a minimum of 90 days. This was the goal I set for myself on January 1, 2012. I decided to write 1 article per day and stuck to it most of the time.

In January I wrote about 30 articles. February about 20 and March and April about 15 each month. I didn’t even do the 1 article per day target and I STILL hit these numbers in MLSP! That goes to show you the power of SEO (Search Engine Optimization). It compounds… like in network marketing.
